You need this book

If you work with people, that is. I'm a clinical social worker, but it would be very useful for a doctor, a nurse, or plenty of other professions. It's got great information about ways of approaching patients and ways of viewing each patient as an individual. Even though it's not a new book by any means, it's pretty timeless. Great book!
