Self -care .....we all need more books like this around the house

I work in the world of healthcare, so I'll try not to get on a soap-box about waste in the system. It just seems as though it's easier for people to run to the ER for anything, and never ask what tests their even running....anyways....I work for a health care company and this is the book we actually give out, for a self-care reference. It's got a lot in it, and is very well organized and easy to read. It is very thourough, and well-edited. I recommend.
