Want to help young struggling readers? A good resource!

This was a great resource for those who are beginning their journey in teaching literacy to young children. It discusses five phases of literacy and the difficulties students might acquire at each phase. What I liked the most about this text was that it provided activities teachers can incorporate into the classroom to support struggling readers. It was an easy read that can be used as a professional resource for any grade.
