Good reading for the real estate investor

I haven't read the book in its entirety but overall it provides a lot of useful information. Good reading for those thinking about becoming a real estate investor or experienced investors as well. However, they were wrong when they said the late Larry Burkett was wrong about his prediction about our economy. Recommended reading.
