this book is good for beginning or veteran teachers, and for supervising administrators. It gives good suggestions with diagrams and a variety of suggestions. It is easy to read and a must for those who wish to have excellent classroom control. It focuses on physical management of the classroom as well as grouping students for optimum success. As a principal and former teacher I highly recommend this book.
