Well worth the read

This book was perfect for any person that is looking to get a high level view of their business. It provides the necessary information for a small business person to really tackle many of the concerns that they may have about entity structuring, succession planning, benefits, tax structures, and much more. I would highly suggest this book for newbies to the business world and those that are looking to brush up on their skills.

A resourceful business tool

As a small business owner, I found this book an excellent reference tool. The information is clearly presented and easy to understand. At the end of a chapter the main points are reviewed; perfect for a quick reference. The delivery style is similar to a question and answer . It seemed as though the authors knew what I wanted to know, and provided well researched, informative answers. I would recommend that everyone considering starting or new to the business world get this book.
