David Carson Dougherty was consulting me while I was cheif operating officer of my fast growing compnay. The book explains many of Peter Drucker's theories, which create a simple atmosphere for management and maximum performance for individual staff members. It's an excellent book for small buisnesses faced with rapid growth.
