"Life's like a Movie, write your own ending"

At the end of the first Muppet Movie, Kermit turns to the camera and simply sings the above line. It is clear from reading this book that this sentiment was something that was echoed though out Jim Henson's life and his story will undoubtedly always be a source of inspiration for others. I enjoyed this book but feel that I should tell you it was written with the younger reader in mind and the story is always kept simple. If you wanted a more detailed account of his life you might try "Jim Henson - The works, the magic, etc.." Having said that, it is still a charming book that I am glad to have on my shelf.
