Sticks and Stones Exposed

I had a friend that saw the author speak at a conference and thought he was very good and that he had interesting information on communication, etc. The book was helpful in focusing on a person and all of the roles they play and the perceptions that others have of the person. Sometimes, these are very conflicting and cause misunderstanding. The book was good if you have ever been a person who was "picked on" as a child. It presented a way to resolve some of those long-standing insecurities. Worth the read.
