Old, classic, yet relevant and good

Sorry, I should say it is the best I have seen. I bought this book 30 years ago. Every time I reviewed any subject in the book, it had never ceased to amaze me in how the old professors explained the concept so intuitively and still provided the mathematical rigor at the same time. I have tried to get a more recent book on the subject and yet time and time again I fell back on this book. No wonder, there is no need for a newer edition of the book. Hey, for the price of an old book, you just bought a ton of gem.
