Good Introduction

This is a really nice introduction to birds for young children. There is a lot of factual information and beautiful illustrations, as well as some easy projects to enhance learning. The reason this did not receive 5 stars was because the book itself says, "Ages 7 to 11." I do not think this book would be very interesting to a 10 or 11 year old, except simply to whet the appetite for more advanced learning.
