Star 82 Review is an art and literary online and print magazine with excellent original work and lyrical language featuring humanity, humility and humor. The written pieces included are short; they are meant to be easily read both onscreen and on the page. Each one is layered and worthy of multiple readings.In this Fall issue, our fifteenth, here are people in plain sight and plainly overlooked. They are young and old people, they are working people, some have homes, some don't, most have to adapt to their surroundings. We make decisions daily that affect other people, whether we are fully conscious of it or not. It is time to wake up.Plenty of artworks tell these stories. Black and white photos grab us, make us a little melancholy. Lisa Kokin's work speaks without words. Vlada Dronova's stunning ceramic sleeping bags show us the absence where the homeless human always is.
