NO OTHER CHOICE ANYWAY

While the book is far from being easy to use, there is no real other choice on the market if you want real insights on SPSS regression, life tables or Cox's model outputs. This is the only book where I could find some explanation about contrast matrix and recoding into dummy variables for Cox's regression model when using categorical variables. This was still pretty hard to follow as the book is more intended to be used as a reference manual for SPSS than as a textbook on statistics.I am still looking for a real good book for the SPSS user, for interpreting in details outputs of advanced statistics analysis ... Let me know!
