Second Rate Part 3

A race sparks a challenge between Kei and Hikari, one that could prove a costly thing if Hikari loses. See, Kei has wagered that if he wins she tell him exactly what his childhood rival, Yahiro, said to her about him. The fact that Kei might be in love with her is weighing heavily on Hikari's mind, but she naturally takes it as a lark considering that Kei is her rival and has been since she was 6 years old. This series has finally hooked me, and of course there's not going to be another volume for some time. Curses. Still, the storyline has improved greatly, considering that Hikari is so dimwitted about Kei's feelings the author can carry on with this plotline for some time. Gorgeously drawn... And I can't wait to see the Anime when it comes out.
