Ordered an acceptable book, but it is not. It's written in and has no use for us. I'd like to return it.

The whole workbook was filled in

I realize this was pre-owned, however, I didn’t expect the whole work book to be already filled in. I don’t understand why anyone would re-sell a workbook that had already been completed.
