As a first grade teacher, I used this book to read to my class. It has always been one of my favorites and I have a signed copy by Lorna Balian. Now that I am retired, I read it to classes in the school library. Thus I purchased two copies to donate to them. The new soft cover has much better pictures for group reading than my hardcover copy.

This story is a very funny and sweet book!

This book is a precious story with beautiful pictures. Each page is delightful and very amusing! An absolutely wonderful Thanksgiving story with a twist. I first read it to my children 12 years ago and have searched for a copy for our home for a long time. I have never found it in a bookstore and am thrilled to find it here.

This is a wonderful book about a turkey coming to "Thanksgiving dinner". A great book for elementary children and teachers. A must read to students during Thanksgiving.
