missing a chapter

Most of the books in this series have a chapter explaining why the animal is scary. Unfortunately, this book about snakes does not contain a chapter about why snakes are scary. Maybe the author feels that it goes without saying why snakes are scary. Since most people are already afraid of snakes, I guess there is really no need to include a chapter about why snakes are scary. The main difference between a snake and a crocodile is that a crocodile has arms and legs, whereas a snake has no arms or legs.
