The rest of the book covers issues like hiring employees, income taxes, contracts, loans, real estate, sales taxes and a discussion on buying or starting a business.

Organized and well written

Organized and written in a way that made it easier to follow and understand what the author/s were trying to convey. Very solid content including entity selection, formation, tax considerations, employer/employee issues, finding capital, exit strategies and more.

Easy read!

I thought the book was easy to read and understand, and even funny! As a small business owner myself, it has definitely come in handy!! No big legal jargon that the normal, everyday person can't understand. Everything is spelled out in plain english.
