Subtle and beautifully illustrated cook book

This is a wonderful cook book. Ideal as a gift; this book is well written and supported by beautiful photographs taken by renowned food photographer; Francesca Yorke. Each recipe is illustrated by a mouthwatering image of the dish along with a few 'how to' shots as well as a spread every few pages of location images from Italy. The design is also excellent and the production of the book is of the highest quality. I highly recommend this book and if you have time for cooking this is what it's all about!
