The title is extremely misleading - it sounds flippant, cursory and disguises the strengths of this excellent book. The author has the ability to explain groundbreaking scientific information in an understandable fashion and place the information in a context that is valuable to the reader. It changed the way I feel about both my body and my relationship with food in a positive way. Highly recommended - even if you are like me and think you know "everything" about weight control.
