A CALL FOR CLARITY IN A CONFLICTED CULTURE Cutting through the clutter of conflicting extremes, Rod Parsley has a perspective that enables him to see clearly and speak forthrightly to the issues of our time. Parsley believes a consensus of common sense can be crafted even in the midst of inflamed and polarized passions.IT'S TIME TO SPEAK OUT! " America's future depends on moral champions like Rod Parsley." -The Honorable Walter Jones, U.S. Congressman, North CarolinaThis book should inspire men and women of faith...and make 'values voters' a force that politicians can no longer ignore." -The Honorable Kenneth Blackwell, Secretary of State, Ohio "Silent No More does not merely lay out the scope of the challenge, but also offers the information and action steps essential to the solution." -The Honorable Tony Perkins, President, Family Research Council "Rod Parsley is the real deal-a bold, dynamic man of faith who's committed to doing the right thing no matter what. This book...is a proven, winning game plan." -Ted Haggard, Sr. Pastor, New Life Church, Colorado President, National Association of Evanelicals
Pastor Rod truly shares his passion for the moral clarity of this great nation. UNfortunately main stream media and liberal thoughts have polluted our nation. Good read even for the non-Christian, very thought provoking and not just a bunch of unproven facts or ideas.
A Must Read For Solving Tough Issues!

Rod Parsley is not your normal everyday preacher but that is the way I like him. He doesn't dodge the tough issues. He tells them like they are. I especially like the abundant resources he offers at the end of each chapter. This book is a wake-up call for America! We need to take action before it is too late! We need more people like Rod Parsley. I pray with God's help we can turn this nation around and get out of the moral sewer we are in. The final pages of the book hit me personally as Rod's wife told her story of her miscarriage. My wife and I could relate to her tragedy as we have experienced that tragedy more than once. That made the entire reading of this book worth it!
Great book, but not for the liberal of heart

This is a great book, especially if you know how to OBJECTIVELY look at this country's past and founding, and how to understand what the Founding Fathers meant by their words by understanding WHO they were. A past reviewer wrote of lack of mention of a god in the Constituion. Does "nature's GOD" sound familiar? Hhmmm. Does it ever occur to that same reviewer that there is mention of unalienable rights given by whom other than, you got it, a Creator. Wow. Amazing what one can see when one doesn't have the blinders of athiesm and liberalism on!
Compelling

This book will inspire, challenge, and equip you to think differently about todays social, political, and spiritual conflict. It is a must read for the religious and the non-religious, the Democrat and the Republican, the liberal and the conservative, the African-American and every other race. It offers clear direction and solid answers to the questions of our day. Bold, forthright, and uncompromising - Pastor Parsley hits this one out of the park.
Incredible! A persuasive case for moral action
Published by Thriftbooks.com User , 20 years ago
Rod Parsley is most definitely NOT your typical conservative Christian preacher. In this book, he cuts through the clutter of conflicting extremes and makes a very persuasive case for people concerned with the moral decay of America to get out of the pews and take action. In chapters covering topics as diverse as judicial tyranny, race, poverty, Islam and life issues, Parsley shows both boldness and compassion. This book could well be the catalyst that starts a moral revolution in America.
