Short Log & Timber

As I did research for the building of our prospective log cottage I had many questions. One of the biggest questions was, "Is it possible?" After reading this book... Yes. It was very helpful in answering my questions and concerns on foundations, log shrinkage, log placement, insulating, and joinery. The diagrams, and pictures fit the text well in the explaining of the subject material. Well put together. Short Log and Timber... "Long" on information. I look forward to putting it to use.
