In an entertaining style, happiness authority Robert Holden offers a wealth of wisdom for taking those small steps to tackle fundamental, everyday concerns that undermine contentment and fulfillment.... This description may be from another edition of this product.
This book is filled with insight. It's phenomenal. The basic theme of the book is that happiness is something that is already within us -- there is no reason to reach for it, just allow it express itself! Every chapter is short, concise, and potentially life-changing. I found myself having some truly life-changing realizations reading this book. Every page is filled with content. I have a feeling that people who suffer from anxiety will greatly appreciate this book - it has a very "liberating" tone to it. It isn't the "go go go!" type self-help. Paul paultheo2004@yahoo.ca

I picked this book up in the library and was surprised to find a wonderful resource. Every few pages, I stopped to write down a quote - there would be a tidbit of wisdom shining a light on another emotional snag from my past. Robert Holden nails it! It's like having a 6-month psychotherapy session with a gifted and insightful therapist. If you read self-help books, this is a must-read! Although the themes are familiar, the perspective is fresh and life-changing.
Transform your day....
