Three little sheep are tricked out of their fleece, and they hire Detective Elliot Baa to help them find their coats. Child Magazine's Best Children's Book of the Year. Full-color illustrations. This description may be from another edition of this product.
My daughter considers this one of Kitamura's best, though a notch below the hilarious, suprise-ending "Me and My Cat" and "Lily Takes a Walk." Still, the book's off-kilter humor, his wonderful drawings, and his timeless story of Sheep Looking For Their Wool in the Big, Bad City is great entertainment.

I brought this book home from the library and my 3 year old son loves it. We have read this book at least 30 times. The illustrations are great and so detailed we are discovering new things all the time. Our favorite pages are the beach scene, Elliot's office and the yarn fight. Now it is time to buy it.
