She teaches one to cook with very little fat,to lose weight sensibly, and to finally have an eating plan that doesn't make a person feel like they are being deprived. I feel great, and after two months I am ten pounds slimmer. The books all go along with the Weight Watchers plan, and so it is easy to count points.
