I loved this story!

I think this is the first Sarah Price book I’ve read in a long time that was serious in nature. I’ve been reading her “An Amish Retelling” books the last couple of months. This was a very thoughtful book, especially for me as a Christian. How many women truly honor their husbands in obedience and support them even when we disagree. And how many of us truly forgive them when they mess up? Or do we spend most of our marriage pointing our finger at them and remaining angry. I really appreciate this author’s truthfulness in writing about the Amish and the shunning experience, the consequences of our bad decisions, but also forgiveness. This was a very good read!
