Seasons of Strength

We all go through seasons of our lives. Some are obvious, some are not. God has put these events into motion to give to us a broader relationship with Himself. In learning Him, we begin to see why He has placed us on this earth and how He wants to use us. In this book I have used real life experiences to focus attention on the struggles, conflicts, emotions and circumstances that all of God's children go through. When we look at Ecclesiastes three, we will find a list of times. When a person can locate that particular time in his/her life, then we can see clearer what is coming next. I am a 66-year-old mother and grandmother who grew up as a preacher's kid in a small church in Southern Ohio. I have been actively involved in music and the music ministry of the church since the age of 8 and have taught piano since the age of eighteen. I have a teacher's heart, both in the area of music as well as teaching the Bible. My inspiration for this book has come from years of longing to know my Lord better but feeling as though I only knew about Him. I longed for a closer relationship with Him. After a season came into my life that left me with more questions than answers, God revealed Himself to me in such a way that has launched me into the quest of helping others who may find themselves on the same path.
