Excellent addition to my bookshelf

I am an avid baker with a particular love of rye, so Trine’s book has become a well loved addition to my cookbooks. Though Danish, her recipes (sweet and savory) have brought back so many wonderful memories of my Norwegian grandmother’s kitchen.
