The instructions are simple to follow and some of the tarts are heavenly, especially the Deep Dish Spinach Pie (page 66) and the Leek, Zucchini, and Carrot Tart (page 87). Try that one with no zucchini, just extra leeks! With a food processor, making crusts is a snap!
