Love this book. Wonderful history and romance.

I have just finished reading his book and I'm reading it again. Great book. This book tells history as it was experienced including watching people walk to their death at Babie Yar. I love this book.

Ukraine during world war ll

An Excellent and Captivating story from the very first pages ! Full of Actual Facts of what happened during the invasion of Ukraine and the Beautiful city of Kiev. Truce facts of how so many of it's people perished in the Tragedy of Babi Yar..It is a tale of heartwrenching loss and uplifting courage. First loves and love that will endure the ravages of war and separation. It's about believing and keeping Hope alive...when everything else in their lives was taken and lost. It's about two young sisters who survive the Germany occupation..but not without secrets to protect the ones they love. As they are forced to face the horrors the war has brought on them...they also face the fact..as sisters ..who were so close all their lives with every single aspect...can they be strong enough to overcome the hurt and betrayal they have both separately brought into each others lives....for reasons of their own. Can they every be a family again...sisters again...from all the hurt they have experienced. An OUTRAGEOUS story, of Family, love, loss, courage and the power of never giving up Hope !!!
