Good For Beginning Readers

This book has tear out pages that can be made into 40 beginning readers. The first five books have both words and rebus type images standing in for harder words. We homeschool and use Teach Your Child To Read in 100 Easy Lessons. At lesson 35 my six year old is ready to start these readers. He loves these little books and gets a big sense of accomplishment from reading them. The order skills come in these stories does not exactly match 100 Easy Lessons, but it is still a useful complement.
