This is a fresh approach by an enthusiastic and thoughtful author. I just read ROAR..great book. I love the way the story was laid out and was fun to follow. The message was powerful and very helpful for me and my team. We have been struggling to figure out what makes us unique and ROAR did a great job bringing things into focus. A must read for any Sales and Marketing Exec and small business owner. Can't wait for the next book.

ROAR is a book every business owner should read. Its teaches that its not about you, its about the customer. Features make no difference to customers, what it does for the customer is critical.
