Rabbi Nachman is more than credible, his wisdom is universal, humanistic and bottom-line. It is not only for jews, but for all faiths.

This is a valuable collection of spiritual insights and aphorisms -- a taste of Breslov teachings. One of my favorites is: "When asked, 'What is in reality the power of choice?' the Rebbe answered, 'Simple. If you want, you do. If not, not.'"I've treasured this book since it was first published in 1980. It was one of the first translations of Rebbe Nachman into English and a courageous undertaking at the time. The introduction by Rabbi Aryeh Kaplan is inspiring reading in itself.
