Good book to start with for referance

This is a book I preferred over others it is strait to the point. I used it when I first started in the field of respiratory therapy. Nearly every thing you could need to know about abg's side effects of drugs, contraindications, onset,a nd duration is in this book. As well as vent management basics, as well as the side effects of certain modalities with patients.
