The Best Book I've Read in YEARS!

This book left me flabbergasted. This is the first book that I was actually unable to figure out the ending. Talk about an explosive ending! There were 3 surprises that left me in awe. Jon Salem is now on my number list of author's right next to James Patterson. I hope he writes more books like these!

The prologue pulls you into the story

This first work of Jon Salem's is a masterful story of spousal abuse,dishonest lawyers,a justice system that fails the disadvantaged and helpless victims. The main character is Stephanie Cain, a lawyer,having experienced a great tragedy in her youth, overcomes her past, only to have it brought back into her present life in the form of threatening notes,phone calls, and finally the murders of some people close to her. The story keeps you enthralled as the truths come out about what really happened as Stephanie finally does REMEMBER SEPTEMBER when her mother's abusive boyfriend was killed intheir home. The plot has many twists and surprises, including some romance to lighten up this powerful,edge of your seat,thriller. A KEEPER for mystery lovers!
