Lovely

Very good story line and a novel not so easy to put down once you start reading it.This book shows that life changes are not always such a bad thing even though adjustments may not always be welcomed.I especially liked the unexpected outcome at the end of the novel.

Great book!

This book is ideal for anyone who loves books. I recommend it for people who would like to sit down and read books in a cozy chair with a cup of coffee/tea/frappe/frappuccino/(dont forget!!)capuccino and finally ice capuccino (in general any type of drink! :P ),to enjoy a nice afternoon by themselves and the book. Go for it!

simply wonderful

this is a story for people who like reading books that take place in the 19th century. it is a story which involves two young and poor teenagers (abby and roddy)who are in love. they believe they are destined to be together and know that they will one day marry. but things are not always what they seem. abby finds out that she is the grandaughter of a rich and old man who owns the glass factory works. she is obliged to follow her grandfather and be part of the rich world. she is also obliged to marry a man she does not love but when roddy mysteriously disappears things will change...
