A collection of stories that are aimed at those that can read in a tone of a young kindergarten teacher, but with the dark side and love of gallows humor like a combat veteran.These stories come from my fellow soldiers wanting bedtime stories while deployed to drown out the hum of fluorescent lighting and distant gunfire. In a war-torn country you take the laughs where you can get them, a close friend's battle with Montezuma's revenge, a sewage filled ditch that is just a bit too wide to jump over, or a short story about a girl's magical journey through an enchanted forest.These stories are NOT for children. I won't tell you how to raise your kids, but some of these produced dry heaves from war-hardened veterans, so proceed at your own risk.
