Essential Christian Philosophy of Education Reading

This was the fourth book in a five book collection that I read in the pursuit to earn ACSI teacher certification. Dr. Albert Greene began his teaching career in China (where I have been teaching for 6.5 years) and has been a part of Christian schooling for several decades. Reclaiming the Future of Christian Education is divided into four main parts: Understanding the Times, A Basic Christian Philosophy, Content in Christian Schooling & Methods in Christian Schooling. Dr. Greene says that the ultimate goal of Christian schools should be to prepare young people to live lives in total submission to the Lord Jesus Christ. The chief end of man is to glorify God by enjoying Him forever.
