The only comprehensive escrow textbook that works...

This book is really good in explaining how to do an escrow transaction in California. There are lots of examples of how to fill out the proper documents, checklists of tasks and documents to have, and different situations that come up in escrow transactions. The vocabulary lists and questions at the end of the chapter are very helpful. This book came a little late for my class, but I didn't need it until about a month into the class, so I wasn't too concerned.
