Best Bread Book for Beginners

I read this book and I think it is a very good book. It gives wonderful hints on how to make the different breads...how to store them....substitute suggestions, etc.I especially loved this book because of all the different varieties it offers and at the same time offering simplicity. This book is a must for SERIOUS bakers. (That is why I'm looking for my own copy!)
