Great working reference

I had the pleasure of reading this text in Dr. Swenson, Esq.'s course on the subject. Even after receiving my bachelor degree in psychology and becoming and attorney, I still occasionally reach for this book for a practice pointer or two. Were I practicing family law, I suspect I would do this more often.This wonderful guidebook is written in plain English and does not require legal training or even a psychology degree to understand, but at the same time is not so remedial that working professionals (in law or psychology) should skip it. This book deals with a great number of issues in an intelligent manner, and I highly recommend it as good reading.
