As Ai and Mew struggle with the emotional implications of their Para Dream, an unknown aura attacks the Academy. Mew is injured in the fray and, although the intent of this mysterious assailant is unclear, one thing is obvious - the power of this aura could rival even Zerodyne's.
Even as the students of Psychic Academy try to deal with the ramifications of the Para Dream, the ectoplasmic inky substance from their dreams invades the all too real world of their school. Most of the student body are helpless because if it touches them, they lose their aura abilities, perhaps permanently. In the chaos, Dr. Watabe, the leader of ADC, kidnaps Mew to continue conducting experiments on her, much to the horror of Ai. Also, Tokimitsu, an agent of ADC, who just happens to need Ai to unlock his aura powers, enrolls at the school, even though in his last appearance, he was trying to kill Mew! Things have gotten a bit more interesting because Mew has finally realized that Ai was the boy she saw in her dream so long ago. And Ai, even though he says he "loves" Orina, finds himself wanting to touch and be close to Mew. Mew seems to be such a superior choice, I just hope Ai recognizes that she is a woman instead of the frilly childishness of Orina. Katsu Aki's character designs lack personality but somehow, they are very unique. I also liked the artist's blending of a cartoonish style with ultra realistic fan service. Very entertaining.
