The thousands of readers who have enjoyed Bunn's first two novels will be excited to find Jeremy Hughes, T.J. Case's supportive friend from The Presence, in this third book. Jeremy feels a calling to assist a private detective specializing in runaways, and he must confront a shocking world of violence, drugs, and pornography. Against this dark backdrop, the truths of goodness, faith and love shine even brighter.
I really enjoyed this book. It was entertaining and educational. Although fiction, it had many actual facts regarding politics and the pornography industry. It was inspirational - showing the possibilities when Christians follow God's will. This was a sequel to "The Presence", but could be read on it's own.
Great Book

I loved this book. It kept me interested, I cried, I was moved by the characters. This was a great book. But, There has to be a part two, as I wasn't happy with the ending. It stopped too abruptly. There was too much that was left undone and I want to know more about this group of people. In reading this book, I knew and shared with the people who touched the hand of God. I thought, this is how the "body of Christ" is supposed to act. This is the kind of influence we are supposed to have on one another. There were excellent mini themes running through this book. What we as a people can do when moved by the Spirit of God and heed it. What men can do to influence others for good, when they relinquish control of their life and let God move. There was so much, and I wanted more. Just an absolutely great book and I wanted to meet the characters and have them come to my home town. They reflected the glory of the Lord like we are all supposed to. I would highly recommend this book! Just where is the sequel?
