Great textbook, wrong book sent to me

I grew up on this curriculum and I've been able to excel in all of my English endeavors as a result. I went to get this textbook for my daughter as well as the teacher manual. Unfortunately, we received mismatched books. The website says that the textbook was published in 1994 (which is the correct edition to go with the teacher's manual) but it is not. It is clearly older with a publishing date of 1971. It does NOT match the teacher's manual and the material is not nearly the level of quality that the newer version offers. I feel pretty disappointed.
