Simple, but delightful

This is mega cute and lighthearted. It is definitely written for children and unlike Kay’s Tea Dragon series it doesn’t hold up well to an adult audience, but I am certain this book would be beloved by any child reading it. “I’ll protect you, Sadie! I have a sword, a unicorn, and kick-butt hair!” “It’s true, your hair is kick-butt.” (13)
