Full of useful, practical presentation tips

The book covers all aspects of preparing, delivering, and evaluating your presentation. The author discusses "big picture" topics such as framing your topic and structuring your presentation, and tactical issues such as what items should be on your pre-presentation check list. Because McClain draws many examples from his broad experience, the book reads like a rolling FAQ - What do I do with a hostile audience? What happens if my AV equipment crashes? Etc. (One thing - this is not a book on doing PowerPoint slides, but McClain includes a resource guide with reading recommendations for that and other related topics.)
