My daughter has a thing for animals and I remember reading these when I was younger and falling in love with Pinkerton. I thought the book was great...and such a cute story about a puppy who's teething on everything in site. I had given it to my 3 year old grandson, but it didn't quite hold his enterest. The colors used in the pictures are more muted and not vibrant like a person would find in other children's books. But again, it was a very cute story.
