Good book!

This book is worthy because the serious and proven advices on it. There's no fool and fantasy situations alike in many books with a lot of hilarious photos! I have enjoyed a lot that book! But I think that is to short in practical applications and photos. I think that is valuable for the wise counsels in it and also for the well explained theory about self-defence. Just like Kyokushin do not engage in no real situations, because is a Karate who deals with real kicks and full speed blows, this book recommends you to learn the first steeps in a serious Dojo with a real teacher. There is the right place to train Goshin Jitsu (self-defense) as important a part of Kyokushin program in every Dojo! No one can learn alone from a book, so get the book but then go find a Kyokushin Dojo!
