This is a great series I use for teaching about animal classification. I used several of the books on bird orders to teach a bird unit of study, including Woodpeckers, Toucans, and Their Kin (Animals in Order), Penguins: From Emperors to Macaronis (Animals in Order), and Parrots Around the World (Animals in Order). Unfortunately the series seems to be out of print but you can often find them in the library.
