Endless fun for my 14 month old

My son is completely addicted to this book and has torn it to pieces--hope they reprint soon! The rhymes have so much rhythm that they're almost rap songs, and we point out the mama and baby animals and count them up, then we talk about the noises the animals make (okay, I skip the fox!). The colors are warm and beautiful--the cats in the early morning sun are especially beautiful. Definitely our favorite book!

Fun toddler book

My 2-1/2 year old son really enjoys this book. The pictures of the animals and the rhymes are great. It's one of his favorites.... and I think it's a nice break from reading about trains, which was, for awhile, all he wanted me to read.

Little kids love it

The pictures in this book grabbed the attention of my nearly-one-year-old, and the sing-songy counting rhyme is great fun. We do it even when we aren't reading the book. My daughter squeals with delight just to see the book. Highly recommended!
